Perpendicular Bisector of a Segment

1. Circle centered at A of arbitrary radius
2. Circle centered at B of same radius
4. Perpendicular bisector
Why it works:
Points C and D are equidistant from A and B, so by the Perpendicular Bisector Theorem, C and D are on the perpendicular bisector of AB.
