Ball Grid Array Example bga-1 for the Surface Evolver

This is the simplest model of the BGA joint. The pads are fixed, parallel, concentric disks at a fixed separation. The solder completely wets both pads. The only energy is the surface tension of the solder, which is taken to be the default value of 1. There is no gravity.
