GA Example bga-10 for the Surface Evolver

This model introduces tilting of the upper pad, as well as the lateral motion of bga-8.fe, along with a torque calculation.

Notable features:

• The tilt is about the x-axis of the pad, with both x and y lateral motion for generality.
• The tilt is implemented by defining a parameter "tilt" (in degrees) and using it in the upper pad boundary formulas.
• The offset parameters are now called "x_offset" and "y_offset".
• The file "xyztorque.cmd" has the force and torque calculations, including a handy command "forces" to calculate them all at once.
• The deformation interpolation between the lower and upper pad becomes a little more complicated because of the tilted upper pad.
